American Pie - Don McLean

Don McLean is an American singer songwriter and this song is from his excellent 1971 album 'American Pie.'  The song is about the death of 1950's singer songwriter  Buddy Holly in a plane crash in 1959.  This song was suggested by Amanda in A6.
